While we strive to keep event information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listings. Event details (times, prices, lineups) may change. Always verify with the venue or ticket provider before attending.

Ticket Purchases

Motion does not sell tickets. We link to third-party platforms where you can purchase tickets. Any transaction is between you and the ticket provider. We are not responsible for ticket disputes, refunds, or cancellations.

Venue Listings

Venue information is provided for informational purposes. If you're a venue owner and wish to update, correct, or remove your listing, please contact us at hello@motion.vin.

Intellectual Property

Event images and promotional materials belong to their respective owners (venues, promoters, artists). The Motion brand, logo, and website design are owned by Motion.

Limitation of Liability

Motion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to event cancellations, incorrect information, or third-party actions.
